Aby Kate has developed her successful career as a Professional Dancer into the world of fitness.

Aby will inspire and motivate you, through her three loves ‘Dance, Fitness, Body & Mind’.

Whilst continuing to teach Dance, Choreograph and Perform, Aby has progressively established herself also within the Fitness Industry as a successful Freelance Fitness Instructor, with over 20 years of experience.

Aby is highly qualified, dedicated and professional, and ensures all her classes are rewarding, friendly, safe & enjoyable for everyone.

Aby Kate before lockdown offered a weekly timetable of more than 20 face to face classes in & around Stoke on Trent, Aby continued to teach through the lockdowns, keeping over 350 ladies and gents moving!

Post Covid Aby loves being back face to face and now offers a mix of both face to face (in & around Stoke on Trent) and online classes …see her timetable.

I believe enjoyment is a huge part of making lifelong fitness changes. I aim to provide a happy escape from everyday tensions and an opportunity to meet new people with similar interests. My goal is to make you feel welcome and have a positive experience from beginning to end.

Motivating

I have a great passion for what I do and love to encourage and help unlock everyone’s potential; for beginners building self esteem and confidence and for those more experienced providing continued motivation. I’m always available to answer your questions and give guidance.

Physical and mental fitness

I encourage mindfulness and will offer opportunities to which will challenge all fitness levels. Scientific studies prove fitness has a positive effect on our mental wellbeing, this combined with a fine physical health will support a better quality of life.

Pilates

I have been attending Aby Kate’s classes for several years, since she started them at my local gym. I immediately loved the dance elements of the Fitsteps classes & Zumba & when I cancelled my gym membership, sought out her independent classes & went to those, plus introducing myself to her Pilates class.

I absolutely love the way Aby teaches, she is very knowledgable & explains moves clearly so making them easy to follow. I love the interaction of her face to face classes & I’m hoping that I will be able to join Aby with some of her extra curricular visits to shows & demonstrations, as I did before covid.

Unfortunately I was not able to access her online classes during lockdown & really missed the classes (particularly Fitsteps) so when I was able to return was worried I would struggle to keep up, but along with other ‘newbie’s’ I soon felt at ease thanks to the wonderful way Aby teaches. I am now loving it again & I look forward to attending every week, dancing and catching up with all my classmates.

After going to Aby’s classes, I am certain that I would be disappointed with any other fitness instructor.
