I’ve attended Aby’s classes regularly for years. She has a friendly, professional approach with a deep knowledge of the human form and its many issues. Attending Pilates and Yoga has aided a speedier recovery from injuries sustained falling from my wayward horse. Being in my 50’s I want to stay as strong and supple as possible to guard against future mishaps !

I really love Aby’s Pilates classes, I attend online and I feel I still get so much from them each week – so good for the mind, body and soul! I like that Aby constructs the classes to focus more on different areas/muscle groups from week to week, so no two classes are the same, yet always providing a great full body stretch and strengthening session. Aby’s full body online class is a brilliant work out for strengthening and toning, with options for all levels. I always have a real sense of achievement at the end!
Yogalates Morning Rise is the very best way to start the week. Although it’s gentle it stretches every part of your body. This was the first of Aby’s classes I tried and it’s great for beginners. I still love just as much as when I started.
Aby’s classes are fabulous! I was recommended by a friend when the 1st lockdown happened to try her classes and I’m still doing them 2 years later. I take part weekly in both Yoga and Pilates sessions and I have yet to do the same class twice. Aby‘s classes have improved my joint health, suppleness, flexibility, strength and they are fun too…. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
