Following the governments announcement I believe my face to face classes will cease  from Thursday 5/11 so I have made a few amendments below. My face to face classes on Monday & Tuesday will still take place and I have messaged many of you who booked in for classes next week.


Week Thirty Three …  🙂 Mixture of face to face and online classes. If you are interested in any face to face sessions please contact me 🙂 see timetable below.

I will adjust my timetable accordingly with Government announcements as and when, if they happen! From this week I have all my classes in Tier 2 this doesn’t change what I am doing, I will continue to teach my 6 face to face classes unless told otherwise. Currently as a fully qualified registered teacher/instructor, insured under a national governing body and taking all reasonable steps to limit transmission of the coronavirus; by referencing my risk assessments and all relevant COVID-19 secure guidance, I can continue my face to face classes.

I will still be running a busy online timetable weekly so if you can’t or unable to attend my face to face classes you can still keep yourself physically and mentally motivated!

Remember you can access my online classes (& pre-recorded classes) from anywhere in the country plus abroad as long as you have a good wifi connection – Since March I’ve had connections from, Australia, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, London, Kent, Cornwall, Wales, Cotswolds, Lake & Peak District and many more 🙂


Unfortunately I will not be re-starting anymore face to face classes over the next month or so,  I have been lucky to re-start some classes and hope I can continue with these. All my classes yes have restrictions, but they meet all the government regulations and I am confidant that I am not putting anyone attending my classes in an increased risk of catching COVID. Once things settle again I will re-assess and hopefully start adding a few more face to face classes back to my timetable.

I will run face to face classes alongside my online timetable and will keep moving positively forward 🙂

All my classes are risk assessed and are COVID compliant. Please be assured I will only return to face to face if I think it is safe for both you and me!

I can’t thank you enough for joining my classes online since we went into lockdown on 20th March, thank you for supporting the online classes and always giving me such amazing feedback, plus helping me keep sane ;)!

I have now taught over 400 online classes since end of March!!!

I will be constantly tweaking my timetable to accommodate government updates🙂

I will continue to provide online classes as I know many have really enjoyed this alternative format –  helping give structure to your days, something to look forward to, chat to class mates, keeping you moving, and helping you switch off even if just for the hour, is a huge step forward to keeping fit, physically and mentally!

Many of you have said you may even be fitter, stronger and more flexible than you have ever been before after this last 8 months!

My pre-recorded group is still available on facebook for those who want to access a huge variety of workouts at anytime. Many have really enjoyed this content since being in lockdown as they work alongside the live classes OR great for those who can’t access the live classes.

I’ve had amazing feedback 🙂 You can access over 100 videos anytime, any day, as many times as you like – these videos include short 10-15 min workouts and you can mix and match as many videos as you wish to make up your own workout, for more information see Platinum post or please contact me



Many of my regulars know how passionate I am about fitness, movement and keeping the body & mind healthy. A good wellbeing is key!

I have over 20 years teaching experience and I am a qualified Fitsteps, Zumba & Pilates Instructor, a BWY Yoga and ISTD Dance Teacher. It’s not the same as going to class but the social interaction and the feel good factor is so important at the moment and it’s one way I see of helping us get through these unusual times.

I intend to keep the classes affordable and great value, I have 4 pay options and you can choose the most suitable option for you. Those who already have loyalty cards with me will be able to continue to use. Message me for more information.
