Week Twenty Seven of online classes …  🙂 So apologises as I am away this week for a few days, plus a few more face to face trials means not as many online classes. I have tried to offer an alternative class on another day where possible… see below!

Please be patient as I gradually try and organise face to face trials over the next month, so far I have successfully returned 3 face to face classes plus trialing 2 more this week – I will be juggling numbers and the online classes alongside. If you are interested in any face to face sessions please contact me 🙂 

Remember you can access my online (& pre-recorded) classes from anywhere in the country plus abroad as-long as you have a good wifi connection – I know a few people will be heading away throughout September, but I’ve had connections from, Australia, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, London, Kent, Cornwall, Wales, Cotswolds, Lake & Peak District and many more 🙂 see more details below…

Michelin Face to Face Set up


As mentioned I am gradually re-introducing Indoor face to face classes, trials so far have gone really well and the feedback has been so positive. All my classes are being risk assessed and are COVID compliant. I will continue to organise more face to face trials where possible, yes there are restrictions but will keep moving positively forward 🙂

Please be assured I will only return to face to face if I think it is safe for both you and me!

We had a lovely outdoor yoga session last week so if we do get some more good weather in September I will look at organising a few more outdoor sessions to help bridge the gap before safely moving indoors! Will keep you updated.

I can’t thank you enough for joining my classes online since we went into lockdown on 20th March, thank you for supporting the online classes and always giving me such amazing feedback, plus helping me keep sane ;)!

I will be constantly tweaking my timetable over the coming weeks to accommodate face to face trials 🙂

I will continue to provide online classes as I know many have really enjoyed this alternative format –  helping give structure to your days, something to look forward to, chat to class mates, keeping you moving, and helping you switch off even if just for the hour, is a huge step forward to keeping fit, physically and mentally!

Many of you have said you may even be fitter, stronger and more flexible than you have ever been before after this last 6months!

My pre-recorded group is still available on facebook for those who want to access a huge variety of workouts. Many have really enjoyed this content since being in lockdown as they work alongside the live classes OR great for those who can’t access the live classes.

I’ve had amazing feedback 🙂 You can access over 100 videos anytime, any day, as many times as you like – these videos include short 10-15 min workouts and you can mix and match as many videos as you wish to make up your own workout, for more information see Platinum post or please contact me



Many of my regulars know how passionate I am about fitness, movement and keeping the body & mind healthy. A good wellbeing is key!

I have over 20 years teaching experience and I am a qualified Fitsteps, Zumba & Pilates Instructor, a BWY Yoga and ISTD Dance Teacher. It’s not the same as going to class but the social interaction and the feel good factor is so important at the moment and it’s one way I see of helping us get through these unusual times.

I intend to keep the classes affordable and great value, I have 4 pay options and you can choose the most suitable option for you. Those who already have loyalty cards with me will be able to continue to use. Message me for more information.

I will be continuing to keep my online classes private, safe & secure, only people invited on each session will be able to join. If you regularly attend my classes, the majority of these will continue to be available in this new format – see timetable below.

I will continue to motivate you and make you smile, plus you will get to see and talk to class friends!!! 🙂
