Super excited I will be starting a new face to face Daytime Pilates class starting 22nd February … every Wednesday 12:30 – 1:30pm
It will be at Tittensor Village Hall, just off the A34. ST12 9HW. Lovely bright, warm and airy space, plus great parking.
The class is for all abilities including beginners and all you will need is mat!
