Here is my full PAY AS U GO timetable below for the this week 🙂
Please note this time of year classes can get busy so bare with me, plus keep updated on Facebook for any class updates.
*Those wanting to attend my Swiss Ball on Thursday please book your ball as I have limited balls (good news having a few new ones delivered for this wk) *
Remember you can mix and match classes each week (if unsure please click on the class and it will take you to my dedicated page which will tell you more about each class)
I have classes; aimed for all fitness levels (including beginners & experienced), morning, evening and weekend classes in and around Stoke-on-Trent, if unsure which class is best for you please contact me.
Newcomers are always welcome but please message me before the class!

6pm Michelin MAC Sports Centre (ST4) – ‘BODY FUSION‘ (pre-choreographed class incorporating Yoga & Pilates techniques – yoga & pilates experience useful, not suitable for beginners or if returning to exercise)
7pm Michelin MAC Sports Centre (ST4) – SWISS BALL (all levels) – Please BOOK YOUR BALL
8pm Michelin MAC Sports Centre (ST4) – FITSTEPS (Intermediate-Some experience in Ballroom & Latin/similar type classes)
