Had an amazing weekend at Blackpool Tower with 21 of my Fitsteps ladies and gents (pics coming soon) and to really finish the night with an extra special surprise … I won Fitsteps Instructor of the year 2021 for the Midlands (for the 2nd year) – so huge thank you to everyone who voted it was amazing to celebrate with everyone and collect my trophy in person 🙂

CLASSES TO THIS WEEK and Xmas Meals …

This week will be the last full week of classes for 2021! I will try and keep running a full timetable of face to face and online classes, but some classes may have to change so please keep an eye on your emails, Facebook updates and messages on Gymcatch 🙂

This Tuesday evening I have our 3nd Xmas Meal so

  • No Zumba at Longsdon and Yoga is at an earlier time of 6:30pm start 🙂

We had another fantastic Xmas Meal last week with the ladies and gents who join me at the Michelin at Wayfarer, Stone.
