Fingers crossed everyone is aware that I am away celebrating my first year anniversary over the next week or so … so no classes until 28/4 (first classes back will be at Bagnall see Gymcatch)

Thank you for amazing classes this year so far,  I have loved every singe class face to face and online 🙂 Although a busy start to the year lots to look forward to when I get back, so looking forward to seeing you all back in April/May and I will be fully recharged 🙂
