For those isolating, I know my online classes have been something to look forward too and quite a few people have been accessing my pre-recorded Platinum on-demand over the last few weeks!

Face to Face Classes โ€“ keeping everyone safe

In my face to face classes I ask we continue with how the classes ran since returning last year. I take pride in keeping everyone as safe as possible and will update should any changes need to happen โ€ฆ.

* Bookings only so numbers restricted to a suitable number for the space* Attending only if symptom free and if possible using lateral flow tests * Exercising 2m apart (unless in a bubble) * Using hand sanitiser * Wearing a face mask where you feel necessary * still no sharing of equipment or hands on adjustments * adding natural ventilation when possible and appropriate

I have now added an extra feature so that when booking onto a class it will prompt you to complete my participation questionnaire.
If you have completed and submitted a PARQ in the last 12 months you can ignore and just click next.
But please complete if you are a newcomer or have any changes e.g health, contact details so I can update my records โ€ฆ
I will gradually be working through everyone and inputting the dates you completed your last questionnaire this will then make you exempt from this prompt and only start re-prompting you when its been over 12months.
