New week … how did we get to the last week of June!!! Thank you to everyone who joined me last week it was a hot one!
This weekend I have dedicated it pretty much to Yoga; two workshops on Saturday with Zoe Knott & Tara Fraser and then today over in Wales with Richard Adamo – in my happy place on my yoga mat 🙂
