Had a lovely few days in Bulgaria last week and was lovely to have the warm, sunny weather when I got back on Wednesday 🙂
Really enjoyed our first outdoor yoga session of the year @ Tittensor, hopefully the weather allows a few more outdoor sessions throughout the summer …
If the warmer weather continues please bring water to class (as hydration is key) and think about the attire you are wearing and a towel if needed …

- No Fitsteps Online Monday – it will be Wednesday morning 9:30am – numbers permitting
- Friday evening Yoga will be at Tittensor
- No Zumba online Saturday (please join me Tuesday pm @ Longsdon or Friday am @ Bagnall if you can)
- No Yoga online Sunday as I will be on a Yoga Workshop in Wales
