‘what is YOGA?’ without me going into details about where Yoga originated from and using all the sanskrit language (if you want this see my yoga page!)… this may obvious for those who practise yoga but for those who don’t ….

‘Yoga is the practise of everything” not just focusing on breathing or postures or meditation or even relaxation” it is practising all of these things that is YOGA!!!

‘what will YOGA do?’ ….Yoga will help improve tone, stamina, posture, strength, balance and flexibility, as well as a discipline that helps you de-stress, relax, feel healthier and more energetic.
