That’s it … 2022 it has been a blast, this year has been a year I will never forget, so many highlights! … I may have listed a few below just so I can look back on them!!!

But the important part a huge thank you to everyone who supports me, attends my classes, thus allowing me to continue a job I love 🙂

I will look forward to recharging my batteries over the festive period and hopefully get my voice back to 100% chatty 😉 (Although I will see some of you on 27th Dec for my Winter Yoga Retreat 🙂 )

I already have lots of plans for 2023 and will look forward to seeing you all back in the New Year! Classes recommence Wed 4th Jan – see Gymcatch (you can book on 7 days before as usual)

A FEW HIGHLIGHTS (well 12) FROM 22 …

• Dragonfly students performed at Regent 2022 in January – first performance since before lockdowns
• 1st Rooftop ISTD Modern exams & 2 sessions of Dragonfly ISTD Tap, Modern & Jazz exams – all students passing with Distinctions and Merits
• Finally getting Married in St Lucia and celebrating with friends and family back home. Plus a cheeky honeymoon.
• First Fitsteps vs Zumba Party in person which was amazing raising money for Dougie Mac & Alice Charity
• Attended another great weekend @ Yoga soul festival, plus many yoga workshops and courses to continue improving and learning.
• Dragonfly’s show ‘Dick Whittington & his Cat’ @ Gatehouse Stafford.
• Attended lots of theatre shows (all backed up from COVID), one highlight finally got to experience Andrea Bocelli live and witness Loren Allred sing ‘Never Enough’ live too.
• Finally added Zumba Gold classes – having taught Zumba for 11 years I have always wanted to add Zumba Gold onto my timetable  
• Presented in Sheffields Fit Jam weekend representing Fitsteps
• 1st Coach Trip to Thursford Christmas Spectacular
• Presented at Blackpool Tower for Fitsteps
• And to conclude the year several lovely xmas meals with those of you who join me every week whether it be online or face to face 🙂

So 2023 let’s see how we can beat all that!
