As many know I am having my wisdom teeth out at North Staffs Hospital on mon 6/8 so not really sure when I will a) be allowed to be back teaching & b) when I am able to be back teaching 🙂

7/8 To confirm I will not be teaching my Yoga class this evening I will see how I get on through the day for classes tomorrow 🙂

8/7 To confirm I will not be teaching my fitsteps at DW or Pilates at M Club.

Fingers crossed once 48hrs gone by I should start to be ready for some classes on Thursday – will update 🙂

9/7 I will be back teaching my Fitsteps Class at Baddeley Green WMC tomorrow morning at 11am (evening to be confirmed if doing all 3!)

9/7 I will be just teaching Swiss Ball @ 7pm & Fitsteps @ 8pm tonight at the Michelin if all goes ok classes as normal tomorrow (friday!)

10/7 all classes running as normal today 9:30am Yoga Longsdon, 11am Swiss Ball M Club, 12:30pm Yogalates Michelin 7pm Yoga Michelin
