Today I was able to trial my first Escape and a huge thank you to everyone who joined me today 😍🧘‍♀️ It was fab to bring 30 ladies (no gents this time…) together, all who attend various classes (yoga & pilates) with me throughout the week and escape for two hours! I’ve had some amazing feedback so thank you!

Apologies to those who didn’t get to join me today but I will be doing more throughout the year!
