As we get towards the end of November and move into December, I will try and keep running a full timetable of face to face and online classes, but as it gets into the busiest time of the year some classes may have to change so please keep an eye on your emails and messages on Gymcatch 🙂

CHANGES TO THIS WEEK and Xmas Meals …

First Xmas Meal this Thursday so please note my morning classes are all a bit earlier so it gives everyone time to get ready 🙂 

• No Full Body online this Thursday due to Xmas Meal.

I will also look at how many would like to do an online December quiz like we did last year, please let me know ???
