So I ended last week with some great news – I have been selected as a  Regional Finalist again for this Years FitSteps Instructor Award up at Blackpool Tower – super grateful to everyone who voted for me:)

 

 

CHANGES TO THIS WEEK …

* no Zumba on Saturday morning 20/11 as I am on a Yoga course so I will look at doing Zumba online on Tuesday 16/11 5:45pm if enough interest see booking app.

XMAS MEALS

Those booked on to this years Xmas meals I will be contacting you over the next few weeks to get your pre-orders 🙂 It’s coming around quick.

I will also look at how many would like to do an online December quiz like we did last year, please let me know ???
