Hello April … is spring finally here???

Todays Yoga retreat was fabulous 🙂 ‘Twist & Unwind’ Vinyasa practise igniting and releasing trapped energy/prana and then allowed the body to unwind with a relaxing Yin session.  🧘🧘‍♀️  And to really add the icing on the cake was the feeling of sun on my skin when we had finished 🙂

As it is Easter Holidays and Easter Weekend, there are a few changes to classes, see below & jump on Gymcatch to join me 🙂 If you are away over the Easter Holiday’s please let me know so I can keep an eye on numbers 🙂

CLASS UPDATES  …
  • Good Friday online Yoga 9:30am only
  • No Good Friday Zumba but I will be online Saturday morning numbers permitting
  • Easter Sunday Yoga Online to be confirmed if enough interest
  • Easter Monday Yogalates online as normal 9:30am
  • Easter Monday Pilates Online to be confirmed if enough interest

Fitsteps with Aby Kate

Having taught Fitsteps and Fitsteps FAB for over 9 years I’m looking to introduce a new face to face Fitsteps class to my timetable 🙂

It will be aimed for beginners – improvers… WHEN – this spring!!!

If you are new to my classes I will just need a fitness questionnaire (Participation info) completing and you can access this also on the Gymcatch portal. If you have any queries or want any advice on classes please message me and I will be happy to help 🙂

Please keep an eye on your Gymcatch messages on the Gymcatch app, as the majority of my correspondence will be via Gymcatch as this way I can reach everyone! If you are not sure how to access your messages please ask.
If on Gymcatch you are getting ‘add required info’ when you want to book onto a class, this will only appear if you haven’t completed my Fitness Questionnaire/Participation Questionnaire. I have been gradually inputting everyones dates and chasing those who need to submit a new form. Once the dates have been added you will no longer get this prompt (until 12 months has passed)! If you haven’t submitted a form in the last 12 months, please complete the form via the link on Gymcatch – see profile page (one for Yoga & Pilates, one for Fitsteps & Zumba) 🙂 Thank you x
