New week … a big thank you to everyone who joined me last week for classes, I tried my best to adapt the classes to make them suitable for the heat – this week will definitely be a lot cooler, so looking forward to a fab week of classes  🥰

This is a another popular time of the year when people are taking holidays so as always please book on Gymcatch if you want a class as I will monitor numbers …

  • Saturday morning Zumba will start slightly earlier this wk @ 9:30am – numbers permitting

  • Thursday 7th December – Stafford Arms Bagnall 12 noon – collecting £10 deposits. Over 40 of you joined me last year and it was a fab afternoon so looking forward to this again – food and venue is fantastic! 🙂 Menu’s to be released in September … I have managed to add some more seats tin to our booking, as we were fully booked, so only a few spaces left

MOW COP CHARITY WELLBEING DAY 1st OCT – my good friend Kerryanne is organising a fab day packed with yoga, dance (ME!), breathwork, forest bathing, therapies and stalls from local businesses. The idea to raise as much as possible for the St Luke’s Community Fund Pensioners’ Christmas Meal.To book tickets click here …

If you are new to my classes I will just need a fitness questionnaire (Participation info) completing and you can access this also on the Gymcatch portal.

MESSAGES & FITNESS QUESTIONNAIRES

Please keep an eye on your Gymcatch messages on the Gymcatch app, as the majority of my correspondence will be via Gymcatch as this way I can reach everyone! If you are not sure how to access your messages please ask.
If on Gymcatch you are getting ‘add required info’ when you want to book onto a class, this will only appear if you haven’t completed my Fitness Questionnaire/Participation Questionnaire. I have been gradually inputting everyones dates and chasing those who need to submit a new form. Once the dates have been added you will no longer get this prompt (until 12 months has passed)! If you haven’t submitted a form in the last 12 months, please complete the form via the link on Gymcatch – see profile page (one for Yoga & Pilates, one for Fitsteps & Zumba) 🙂 Thank you x
VALUE YOUR SPACE

Something good that came out of COVID … give people space. All my classes have a capped number so that everyone can enjoy the class, I really dislike turning people away and I am lucky to work in some lovely spaces. but please value your space, don’t be squashed in a class like a sardine!!!

All my class on my timetable and gymcatch will suggest what level suitable for; All, beginners-improvers, intermediate (have experience in) – these are guidances to help people determine which class is right… if you are unsure or want advice please contact me 🙂
