Mix and match classes, classes aimed for all fitness levels (including beginners & experienced) mornings, evenings and weekends in and around Stoke-on-Trent (please also see my timetable)

Dance based classes include Zumba, Fitsteps & Fitsteps FAB – feel the strictly sparkle!!!
Yoga and Pilates classes for all levels and uptempo Swiss ball class combining both yoga & Pilates techniques.
