Let’s get started with 2022!
Hello & Happy New Year 🙂
The last 10 days have been a chance to refresh and recharge. A break from my computers and social media has been really nice but I am now ready to get back and see what 2022 wants to throw at us.
PROMISE We will continue to keep healthy, exercise and have fun!
Online and face to face classes recommencing Tuesday 4th January (see Gymcatch https://gymcatch.com/app/provider/4127/events)
You will notice the first Tuesday isn’t a typical Tuesday…
*9:30am Yogalates ONLINE & 7:30pm Vinyasa Yoga ONLINE
I will be easing myself back gradually with you guys, having had COVID over the Xmas break!

Face to Face Classes
With regards to face to face classes the government hasn’t imposed any further restrictions which would stop face to face classes, but I ask we continue with how the classes ran since returning last year. I will update should any government announcements come about….
* Bookings only so numbers restricted * Attending only if symptom free and if possible using lateral flow tests * Exercising 2m apart (unless in a bubble) * Using hand sanitiser * Wearing a face mask where you feel necessary * still no sharing of equipment or hands on adjustments * adding natural ventilation when possible and appropriate

NEW TO BOOKING ONTO MY CLASSES
Newcomers always welcome – To book onto all my classes online and face to face please head to my new booking app. you can book 7 days in advance 🙂 If you are new to my classes I will need a fitness questionnaire completing (PARQ) you can access on the Gymcatch portal.
