Talked alot about hip flexors in this mornings Pilates class - we need strong hip flexors it’s ‘good to feel them!’ Strong hip flexors are crucial for posture, stability, and athletic power, while weak hip flexors often lead to lower back pain, poor posture, imbalance, and increased injury risk as other muscles overcompensate. Tight hip flexors can be a weakness, requiring targeted strengthening and stretching for balance, better mobility, and efficient movement.
