Following on from ‘Festive Escape’ in Dec I would love to organise a little ‘Spring Sanctuary’.

I’m currently looking at dates in April (again probably a sunday – not Easter Sunday) up at Brown Edge Village Hall, similar format 2hrs with a small break 🙂

Theme : ‘Springing into action’ focusing on strength and stamina, shape & action – again a mix of Yoga and Pilates 🙂

Hope this sounds good, let me know if interested or have any suggestions and as soon as I have some dates I can get booking 🙂

UPDATE

I have booked up all spaces on the 28th April so due to popularity I am also looking at running the same ‘little Spring Sanctuary’ on 14th April 11am (also at Brown Edge) – spaces already going so if you would like a space let me know and I will also collect a £5 deposit 🙂

If you can’t make the 14th but can the 28th I will start a reserve list, just in case …

ABOUT ‘LITTLE SPRING SANCTUARY’

2hr you time!

Theme : ‘Springing into action’ focusing on strength and stamina, shape & action

A mix of Yoga and Pilates – fusing dynamic with calming sequences – we will conclude session one with an invigorating pranayama and conclude the second session with a lavender infused relaxation 🙂

I will split the session into two halves with a wee break & I will put on some nibbles so to keep your energy up!

Some yoga and/or pilates experience required

COST £10 – £5 deposit to be paid to reserve your space (limited spaces)
