*** TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS *** After 3 months not teaching I returned online to many of my beautiful ladies and gents on their mats 🧘‍♀️🧘… Thank you to everyone who joined me 🙏I knew I had to be patient before coming back to teaching because I only know how to teach with 100% energy and if I haven’t got that to give I am letting you and myself down!
