To all my lovely ladies & gents I will no longer be teaching face to face classes as of yesterday - I will really miss the fabulous interaction we have in class and hope we won’t be apart for too long.

HOWEVER in the meantime I will be still providing classes to you but just in a different format - From Monday 23rd March I will be running my classes online. If you want more information let me know & I will invite you into my my private online group* 😀

Already I have had a huge interest and I think keeping ourselves moving is going to be key to our individual physical & mental fitness 😍

I just want to thank you all so much for coming to my classes and hope I can still make you smile even if via a screen!!!
